Announcing….

Train in Spain Triathlon Camp
in Malaga, Spain!

May 20 - 24, 2024

Perfect for beginner-to-intermediate level triathletes!

Join us on Monday, May 20th to Friday, May 24, 2024, in the heart of Costa del Sol, to hone your skills with open water swimming, biking, and running AND do some sight-seeing in southern Spain!

This is the perfect early season opportunity to get a solid block of training in open water and out on the road! We recommend timing the camp for 2-6 weeks before a key race to have you tuned up and ready to go into the season strong!

We will have open water swim sessions in the Mediterranean Sea, with the option to swim in a local 25 meter pool for those who choose not to do open water swimming (there is an extra fee to use the pool, which is in a local sports gym).

We will ride along the coast and up into the mountains - an area rich with history, Arabic

Villa Velo in Malaga, Spain

farmhouses, medieval watchtowers, and 18th century forts and quarries. We will run on the coastal Malaga recreational path that winds it’s way through tunnels connected by age-old tracks that were previously used as railroads.

Coach Kurt will provide strategic coaching sessions on how to maximize your training as well as improve your swimming, biking, and running skills.

Coach Cindy will provide nutrition coaching sessions to optimize your training and get you that PR you’ve been wanting!

About Villa Velo

Villa Velo is a house designed for athlete retreats that is located in Rincon de la Victoria (25 mins from Malaga). It can house up to 15 athletes and is a short walk to the beach. It was founded by a duo of world travelers and athlete adventurers – Eugenio Perez Quijada, a top tier adventure athlete from Málaga, and Nicole Valentine, a professional triathlete from the U.S.

They combined their love for training,

competition, travel, and meeting new people to launch this villa – a home away from home, a destination for athletes, and a retreat center for special events.
